To prevent lameness when the veins are cut or torn (Spell)

From Egyptian Secrets of Albertus Magnus, Joseph H. Peterson edition:

To prevent lameness, when the veins are cut or torn.

Take cart worms, pound them in old grease, and tie this tepid mass over the wounds, and on the fourth day thereafter the veins will have healed together, and without pain.

The grimoire Egyptian Secrets of Albertus Magnus lists this spell.
