Grimoire of Armadel (Grimoire)

The Grimoire of Armadel is a minor French grimoire from the 17th century. In the introduction to Mathers' edition, William Keith writes:

"It is not clear why Mathers -- who usually showed more discrimination in the material he worked with -- took the trouble to translate [The Grimoire of Armadel] when so many other manuscripts of greater values awaited publication."

The grimoire Arbatel of Magic influenced this grimoire.

Marc Antoine René de Voyer owned this grimoire.
